岗位职责： Ensure product engineering activities in place for plant operation, which including: latest Bill of Materials worked out for production, QAD system data (material purchase system) maintained in time , introduce latest EOLT SPEC to production line, product’s key characteristics summarizing, and lesson learnt report sharing to plant. As a key role to participate in RD EPS EOLT limit establish, which including provide engineering spec, cooperate with cross function team to design experiment to collect necessary data, verify that limit is valid, update new limit into SPEC and initial CR into Windchill system for tracking. Cooperate with engineering center, participate in the development of new RD EPS project, summarize product design defect and reported as lesson learnt to engineering for continuous improvement to achieve robust design. In conjunction with Quality, ME, Purchasing, Planner, Production, Project Launch and Engineering etc. cross function team to evaluate the feasibility of engineering change, records of all major design decisions, experiment result, timing plan and change requests/authority etc. successfully introduce changes into production.
