工作职责:
1. Receptionist jobs
a. Visitor greeting
b. meeting room arrangement
c. switchboard answering and transfer
d. letter and express delivery register
2. Entrance control and canteen system management
a. new-hire employee install & Resign employee unistall
b. Dining data system collection
c. Entrance control system management
3. Admin management:
a.Stationary、supplies、medicinal and reception supplies management
b. waste material data collection
c. support for admin expense supply and cancellation
d. staff-locker management
4. Well-arranged shuttle bus and Drivers’ regular reimbursement
5. Other tasks assigned by leader
Accountabilities:
1.Daily use and maintenance of meeting room and office.
2. Purchase and distribution of office supplies of each department, and keep the requisition
records.
3. Be responsible for the follow-up of AOP of administrative expenses; Purchase within smart
spending requirements.
4. GPM compliance & timely inspection.
5. Manage third party contracts and daily affairs.
6. Assist HR department in the administrative cooperation of corporate culture publicity.
7. No major complaints about OHS, healthy living, anual meeting and other employee activities.
